The conference keynote speakers will be Professor Anil Markandya from the University of Bath and Professor John Weeks from the University of London. Anil Markandya is a leading world expert on sustainable development and is part of IPCC team that won the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize. John Weeks is an internationally respected expert on the issues of pro-poor growth and worked for a variety of international organisations including the FAO, ILO and UNDP.
We invite you all to submit paper proposals on any economic issue that has acquired a significant new dimension in the last two decades.
Proposals must be submitted electronically (ecoconference2008@ieu.edu.tr) by April 1st, 2008.
Proposals should be no more than 500-words and include the following:

To be included in the proceedings full papers must be submitted electronically by April 15,2008.
